They might be a bit dry but it hasn't been terribly dry here so I wouldn't have thought it would be a problem. All onion family things, including flowers like allium, tend to be subject to their foliage yellowing and dying back. Doesn't usually mean that there is any problem either with flowers or crop. All they really mind about is not too much competition from weeds.
